Low Fat Deep Chocolate Cream Pie

2 pies 16 small servings

3 pk 3.4 oz pudding mix (Jell-o cook and serve)
½ cup Hershey’s cocoa
½ cup sugar
5 ¼ cups skim milk
2 8″ piecrusts

Mix all ingredients in a large enough pan bring to full boil stirring constantly (This is the hardest part) trying to maintain a medium heat enough to boil but not burn or scald the milk. Let stand for a few minutes off the burner and then stir again and pour in to 2 – 8″ piecrust of your choice. I use Jewel graham cracker piecrust. You can see the crust has the most fats, carbs and calories but the total overall is low. They do make low fat crust if desired. For those people who are extra conscious of calories and fats the pudding alone with a little topping makes a fine low calorie and low fat nutritional dessert.
